MIKE POULSON, Managing Director, Wilson Learning Europa

Mike Poulson is Managing Director of Wilson Learning Europa and as such has responsibility for the leadership and growth of Wilson Learning's business across the diverse countries of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Mike has been with Wilson Learning since 1984. Prior to this role Mike was the Managing Director of Wilson Learning UK, and Vice President of Global Marketing.

Mike's career background spans 20 years experience in sales and marketing with multinational organisations and start up situations.

At Xerox, Mike held senior marketing positions as Product Launch Manager and Marketing Director for the Xerox Business Services division, following successful sales and sales management roles. Prior to joining Xerox, Mike worked in the IT industry with Burroughs, he also has experience as Managing Partner in the successful start up of a marketing consultancy.

Mike's focus at Wilson Learning Europa has been on the growth of the business across EMEA, alongside the strategic move from training solutions to Human Performance Improvement Consulting.

BARBARA LAMPITT, Business Partner Manager, Wilson Learning Europa

Barbara Lampitt is the Business Partner Manager for Wilson Learning Europa and as such, is responsible for bringing high-potential Distributors, Facilitators and Strategic Partners across the EMEA Region to the Wilson Learning Team. Barbara joined Wilson Learning in 1992 and has since built up a strong network of some 30+ Distributors in most key markets across our Region.

Barbara is committed to growing our Extended Enterprise, and helping them to become the best they can be. She has developed strict criteria and quality management processes to ensure that our Facilitators are the best-in-field and that Wilson Learning Europa are only affiliated with the highest calibre of individuals and organisations. All of our partners share Wilson Learning's values and principles, adopt the company culture and are true advocates of our unique "full service" approach to HPI.

HIROKI IIZUKA: President, Wilson Learning Worldwide

Hiroki Iizuka is president of Wilson Learning Worldwide. Iizuka-san, who has been with Wilson Learning since 1981, has held many leadership roles within the company, including director of sales, Nippon Wilson Learning, managing director of the Japan Human Resource Development Business, and managing director of the Japan Multi Media and e-Learning Business. He is also a member of the Wilson Learning Worldwide Board of Directors.
